WHY I STARTED RULES TO LIFT BY

If you’ve put in the time to search the internet looking for fitness tips, advice, or specific ways to improve your health and habits and ended up here, then it’s you. You are the reason I started doing this.

Now, I don’t want to get into some sappy sentimental blabbering about doing everything for everyone else. Sentimental blabbering is not my strength. This is. Finding small things that make a difference, putting together a million tiny pieces that make up the fitness puzzle.

Rules to Lift By was created to share with you all of the many simple tips and tricks that will make not only your fitness related life easier, but help improve your day to day habits and mood as well.

One of my favourite pieces of content I’ve ever consumed was a YouTube video from Mike Vacanti in 2018 titled “25 fitness tips that do almost nothing for you” , it outlined how so many of the things you do don’t matter on their own, but when compiled together, create great habits.

That has always been a strength of mine. Incorporating small simple things into my day to day life and using them to create productive and healthy habits that have aided me when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and even business.

Through repetitively applying these things to my own life, I have learned how elite habits create elite results. That applies equally to physical and mental health. My aim is to teach you these simple habits step by step and help you breathe a little easier when thinking about your own health, be it mental, or physical.

“It’s easier thank you think”

“All I did was cut out (x food)”

“It’s simple”

Sound familiar?

I often hear people saying things like “so and so said all I have to do is take a fat burner” or “A guy from work just did keto and lost 50 pounds fast”

Great.

I’ve become insanely sick of hearing people say “its simpler than you think”

None of that is healthy, sustainable, or most importantly, any fun at all.

So why did I start Rules to Lift by?

By using tools such as Instagram, YouTube, and this website, I now have a platform to help people get on the right track without having to overthink or stress about physical health or fitness.

Your health is a major part of your life, obviously. And shouldn’t be something that causes you stress or displeasure.

I am here to help simplify your health and fitness, make it more enjoyable, and keep you on track.

So stick around.

Because it really is, simpler than you think.
